Here is the custom beats for sale process. I’ll compose and arrange an original custom beat to your specifications. Together we will finalize the concept track to fit your song arrangement requirements (intro, verse, hook etc). Just send me a vocal/accapella recording (via mp3, youtube, video, voice mail. etc) of your original song. As a seasoned keyboardist I play many styles (R&B, HipHop, Rock, Funk, Pop, Gospel etc.) of music which allows lots of diversity within the creative process so I should definitely be able to create something special just for you. Remakes

Do you have a song you want to sample but don’t want to pay the high price for clearing it or simply want to do a cover song? In most cases I’m able to come up with a remake that will capture the essences of the vibe your trying sampling and just like any other music production process we’ll work together to finalize a rendition that’s to your liking.

Remixes

Beginning your accapella track I’ll create an different version of your song that will have the modern elements your looking in a remix. Whether its a club, electro, house, euro vibe or whatever I’m sure I can come up with something that will be just right for you and I’ll mix it with your vocals to make sure it’s definately ready for mastering out the door.

Payment Terms:

- 1 payment of $297 for a completed beat in 7 days or less
- 2 bi-weekly payments of $148.50 for a completed beat in 2 weeks or less
- 3 bi-weekly payments of $99 for a completed beat in 30 days or less
- Once production begins all payment are non-refundable
- Non-completed payments will forfeit ALL exclusive rights (becomes non-exclusive)

Production Process:

1. Contact me at via email at beats@urbanmultitracks.com, online chat or phone at 513.360.8729 to discuss exactly what you want created. You may also simply send me an MP3 of what you want music created for. For example if you have a song you’ve written, a rap or poem you’ve wrote, or a solo you’ve played on an instrument that needs accompaniment just email it (links to videos or sites online is fine) to me along with your desired specifications like genre, artist style or even and example song/beat that has the feel you’d like to capture for creation. You may also feel free to sing your song into my voicemail which will get automatically converted into an MP3 (3 minute limit). I can then quickly load it up in the studio and get right to work on your new song after receiving your initial payment.

3. In 2-3 days l’ll send a basic composition that I believe is the direction you’d like to go. Upon your approval I will then begin to complete your song (Actually, I will email every time I work on the song so you will know how it is coming along as well).

4. After I’ve finished a download links and a copy of the production agreement are emailed to you.

To pay in 2 installments of $148.50 (1st payment today and the 2nd in 14 days) click the “Buy Now” button below and have your beat completed in 2 weeks or less. Your PayPal account or credit/debit card will be billed in automatically. In the event that the second payment is not completed (or something is not worked out) the beat becomes non-exclusive is placed on the site and sold as such. However, you still may continue to use it.

Option 3:
To pay in 3 installments of $99 (1st payment today, 2nd in 2 weeks, and 3rd in 4 weeks) click the “Buy Now” button below and have your beat completed in 30 days or less. Your PayPal account or credit/debit card will be billed in automatically. In the event that the all payment are not completed (or something is not worked out) the beat becomes non-exclusive is placed back on the site and sold as such. However, you still may continue to use it.

Concept Beats:

The beats listed below are being offered as EXCLUSIVE and available for customization. They also include everything listed above. Beats are mark as sold after the purchase has been completed.
